Who We Are Looking For
We seek a results-driven Marketing Business Leader to accelerate growth and marketing maturity. The candidate must focus on ROI, align with executive objectives, and communicate performance effectively to the C-suite. Proven experience in building reporting frameworks that link spend to revenue and demonstrate ROMI is essential.

The Role
As the Director of Digital Marketing & Demand Generation, you will lead Soleras digital strategy, managing performance marketing and the digital experience across our web ecosystem. This role involves data storytelling for executives and aligning digital investments with business goals.

  • Demand Generation
  • Manage global paid media strategies (search, display, SEO, social, email).
  • Deliver predictable pipeline to sales teams worldwide.
  • Support strategic accounts with aligned marketing tactics.
  • Optimize lead generation for e-commerce and self-service channels.
  • Build ROI dashboards linking spend to booked ACV, lead velocity, and CAC payback.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations for reporting frameworks.

Web Development & Digital Experience
Own governance, performance, and compliance of 200+ websites globally. Ensure content agility, quick updates, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and web infrastructure reliability. Drive SEO and implement analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models. Report on KPIs and link them to pipeline metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & ROI Accountability

  • Lead and mentor teams across Paid Media, Web, and Demand Generation.
  • Design reporting frameworks linking campaigns to revenue and CAC.
  • Manage budgets with a zero-based approach.
  • Present results to senior leadership with transparency.
  • Drive full-funnel marketing integration and impact communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years leading ROI-focused digital teams.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B tech growth.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Ability to create executive-facing reports and dashboards.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar global budgets.
  • Deep understanding of KPIs, attribution, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
