Job Responsibilities Trident Technical College is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analystto enhance the college's digital strategy through web analytics, user research, comprehensive tracking and SEO. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4 preferred) to track traffic, user behavior and conversions.Evaluate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and recommend performance improvements.Conduct user testing and apply UX/UI best practices to enhance website functionality and navigation.Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and ROI.Perform keyword research and collaborate on SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings.Support CMS training and contribute to content organization and management.Minimum and Additional Requirements This position requires a high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in marketing, communications, digital media, analytics or a related field or a bachelor's degree in a related field.Hands-on experience with web and digital marketing analytics.Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, SEO best practices, conversion tracking and data visualization tools.Experience with user testing, UX/UI tools and content management systems.Three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics and UX/UI management.
