Job Responsibilities
Trident Technical College's award-winning Marketing department is seeking a Front-End Website Developer. This position is responsible for using the college's CMS (Modern Campus) to deliver an outstanding and effective user experience. The goal is to present a positive and accurate view of Trident Tech's benefits, educational opportunities, and learning environment, ultimately encouraging prospective students to begin the application process.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. Candidates with a a bachelor's degree or higher in a related area will be considered. Preferred candidates will have related degree and three (3) years of working experience in a web development team environment.

- The ability to write clean, maintainable, semantic HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript code to create custom, flexible page templates
- A solid understanding of effective UI design, meeting accessibility standards, and coding environment best practices
- Able to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner and work well in a collaborative team environment
- Able to clearly communicate in person and in writing, and both give and take constructive feedback in a professional manner
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize work assignments
- An organized problem solver willing to help team members accomplish their objectives
- Experience working within brand guidelines and translating design mockups into functional web templates
- Graphic design skills are a plus
