Project/Program Overview

Push electronics technology to its limits and apply your creativity as an electrical designer. We employ fast-paced, interdisciplinary engineering design teams to implement next-generation products for national security customers. Recent projects include custom high-voltage regulator design, dense circuit cards for telecommunications and data storage applications, and developing unique telecommunication systems using cutting-edge components.

Basic Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required to be obtained. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities. Create technologies, products, and services that help keep our nation safe. The Electrical Computer-Aided Design (ECAD) Technician will conduct component and connector placement and signal/plane routing of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Responsibilities include creating manufacturing documentation for fabrication and assembly, determining scale, optimizing location of power planes, spacing of components, and routing. Prepare production detail drawings and contribute design modifications to improve product quality or facilitate manufacturing operations.

An Associate's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Experienced in the use of current strategic CAD tools: Siemens (Mentor Graphics) Xpedition xPCB and Fablink is required Distinct knowledge of PCB (i.e., PWB) fabrication techniques, and manufacturability concepts Superior knowledge of the strategic CAD and file management tools and design documentation standards Ability to collaborate with electrical design engineers and mechanical engineers What sets you apart:
