In this full-time, entry-level role, you'll support grassroots marketing campaigns and community engagement efforts that raise awareness for nonprofits and social causes. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and campaign teams to bring initiatives to life—from public events to storytelling strategies.

• Assist in executing PR and communications strategies for nonprofit campaigns

• Coordinate on-site community events, manage logistics, and represent our clients to the public

• Engage in face-to-face conversations to share nonprofit missions and campaign goals

• Help design and distribute branded outreach materials, flyers, and signage

• Track campaign metrics such as audience engagement, foot traffic, and outreach success

• Maintain positive relationships with event partners, venue managers, and volunteers

• Contribute ideas in campaign planning, strategy sessions, and post-event debriefs

• Research and pitch new outreach opportunities to expand campaign visibility

• Are passionate about nonprofit work, communications, or cause-based marketing

• Have strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

• Are confident engaging with the public in high-traffic settings and community events

• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take initiative

• Are 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework in communications, marketing, or PR a plus)
