To help us achieve our growth goals, we’re seeking an Events Data & Audience Strategy Lead to take ownership of audience strategy, segmentation, and acquisition for Becker’s national events. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on manipulating data, drawing actionable insights, and building campaigns that convert the right people into engaged attendees.

Responsibilities

Audience Growth & Content Matching Strategy

  • Build and execute audience segmentation strategies based on behavior, title, interests, and industry role.
  • Identify key personas, match them with relevant content or sessions, and drive conversion through tailored campaigns.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to grow and refine target attendee cohorts.
  • Pilot tests and create best practices to achieve company, brand and specific product KPIs and overall growth.

Data Analysis & Platform Management

  • Independently manage and analyze event-related data using tools like Snowflake, Google Sheets, and Python.
  • Set up and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar.
  • Manage data flows between core platforms including Omeda (marketing), Snowflake (data warehouse), and Swoogo (event registration).

Insight Development & Execution

  • Turn raw data into actionable insights—quickly.
  • Spot patterns in attendee behavior, test hypotheses, and act on findings to improve recruitment and conversion.
  • Run marketing campaigns and experiments based on your own analysis—no waiting on other teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5–7+ years of experience in audience strategy, marketing analytics, or event data operations
  • Track record of independently building and executing data-backed acquisition strategies
  • Experience with data systems: Snowflake, Swoogo, Omeda (or similar CRM/ESP/Event platforms)
  • Highly organized with a sharp eye for patterns, gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Able to own a goal, ask smart questions, and independently drive toward a result
  • Exceptional communication—concise, clear, and data-grounded

Salary: $110,000-$135,000 per year
