Key Responsibilities
- Building Collective brand loyalty by striving to ensure resident interaction is positive
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Meeting goals of sales, marketing, and operations that achieve occupancy standards- Achieving financial objectives through rent collection and managing delinquency
Exposure to revenue, expense reporting, and budget management
Marketing and sales to include personalized tours which result in new leases (sales aptitude)- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners.
Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing Laws
Understanding the multifamily housing market trends and data- Ensuring the propertys interior and exterior areas have clean and high-quality appearance
Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring team members
Leading by example through our Collective core values
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of property management experience, preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Driver's license & ability to pass a background check
Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)
