About the Role
The Senior Creative Strategy Lead is a key partner to both the internal team and external brands—helping shape long-term creative partnerships that extend beyond individual campaigns. This role combines big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on executional oversight, ensuring that every brand engagement is insight-driven, creatively bold, and flawlessly delivered.
You’ll collaborate with Strategic Brand Partnership VPs to craft smart, scalable, and platform-native ideas—then shepherd those concepts through production and delivery to ensure they land with impact. From branded storytelling to IP-driven content extensions, you’ll help brands show up meaningfully across MrBeast's entire content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Partnership Development: Partner with Strategic Brand Partnership leads to develop long-range creative strategies rooted in brand objectives, platform behaviors, and cultural insight.
- Translate briefs into breakthrough concepts that span YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, Instagram, and emerging formats—grounded in MrBeast's voice and content style.
- Ideate how brands can activate through MrBeast IP and character-driven storytelling across channels, social extensions, and custom media formats.
- Co-author pitch narratives and packaging frameworks that sell through creative visions with clarity and conviction.
- Executional Shepherding: Serve as the creative owner of key partnerships—guiding the work from strategic approval through production and final delivery.
- Executional Shepherding: Act as the client-facing creative lead during execution: facilitating feedback loops, approvals, and decision-making with professionalism and poise.
- Executional Shepherding: Be present on set (in person or virtually) to ensure brand integrations are executed with integrity, impact, and adherence to the creative vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, social, editorial, and post teams to translate ideas into high-quality deliverables across all assets and channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and producers to manage timelines, approvals, client updates, and creative QA.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to internal systems, playbooks, and processes that streamline delivery, reduce friction, and raise the creative bar.
What You’ll Bring
- 8–10+ years in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or content innovation—ideally at a platform, creative agency, or media company.
- A strong track record of developing and delivering successful branded content partnerships.
- Deep fluency in creator-led media, with experience across YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, and emerging formats.
- Strong narrative instincts and the ability to craft strategic creative frameworks that drive business and audience value.
- Production literacy and experience collaborating with producers, editors, and content creators at pace.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills—comfortable owning the creative relationship through execution.
