Here's what you'd do: We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our ADDER team and establish our UX practice. As a founding member of our UX team, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience for our cutting-edge customer-facing data governance and data management interface. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and the development team to design and deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating information architecture, and developing visual designs that meet the needs of our customers. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of UX experience Minimum 3 years of experience with information architecture, visual design, and working with asset libraries Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Experience with large-scale websites and complex applications Prior experience with Data Governance or Data Management platforms Direct customer interaction experience to understand needs and requirements Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools Experience working in an Agile environment. Proven ability to independently conduct user research, including determining research needs, writing research questions, and presenting findings to leadership and development teams Additional Information : Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
