POSITION OVERVIEW: This role leads the social media presence and influencer/affiliate programs for a whimsical fashion brand known for its ethereal storytelling and commitment to inclusivity. The Influencer and Marketing Specialist will develop and execute engaging content strategies, build authentic relationships with influencers, and collaborate closely with e-commerce on marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about brand visibility and growth.

Base pay range

$38.46/hr - $40.87/hr

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Influencer and Marketing Specialist for a high-end, inclusive fashion brand based in Pasadena, CA. This is a hybrid role with some onsite collaboration and flexible remote work. This position is temp-to-hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Manage influencer gifting campaigns and affiliate programs from outreach through performance tracking
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce on-brand content and align campaign efforts
• Monitor social media metrics and marketing KPIs to optimize engagement and growth
• Foster authentic community interactions and maintain influencer/affiliate relationships
• Support integrated marketing campaign execution alongside the e-commerce manager

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media channels and influencer programs in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Later, Planoly, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite
• Creative storyteller with a keen eye for visual content and brand consistency
• Comfortable analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and decisions

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly rate of $38.46 to $40.87
