Will assist with the management of applications for Library Science & Technology.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day office responsibilities.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist in managing applicants and prospective students.
- Maintain an organized office space.
- Maintain student databases.
- Distribute mail.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Exhibit a pleasant and professional appearance.
- Work effectively as a member of team, and independently.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, or a willingness to learn.
