Razny Jewelers is hiring: Marketing Coordinator in Highland Park

Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and implementation of creative and marketing strategies for Razny Jewelers. This position requires daily communication and collaboration with Razny’s marketing, sales, and other teams to align priorities and meet deadlines. The role requires a passion for jewelry, fashion, and luxury, with knowledge of trends that could positively impact Razny's marketing campaigns. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player who thrives under tight deadlines. This is a full-time on-site role at Razny Jewelers Highland Park and reports to the Social Media & Website Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support photography, video, magazine, and creative projects by assisting with ongoing shoots, including setup and breakdown.
• Pull and organize jewelry; maintain a detailed shoot log with SKUs, pricing, and product information.
• Participate in the styling workflow, including sample organization, prep, product/on-figure shoot tasks, setup, and cleanup.
• Maintain a highly organized studio, including wardrobe, props, tools, and equipment storage.
• Ensure photos are scaled correctly and SKUs are attached to images.
• Purchase, handle, and return materials on Razny’s behalf; assist in styling/build-out of photography and video sets.
• Assist with vendor and brand communications.

Website

• Create SEO- and AI-optimized product descriptions with accurate details; request, edit, and upload product images.
• Upload and manage website content, maintaining product listings based on inventory and updating pricing as needed.
• Process daily website shipments and ensure proper pickup and delivery expectations are met.
• Handle Razny.com support inquiries (live chat, emails) and escalate to sales, marketing, or administration to handle customer needs.

Graphic Design

• Assist with developing graphics, layouts, and visual content for marketing collateral.
• Assist with image editing and sizing in Canva.
• Collaborate with the creative manager and graphic designer to improve visual appeal; maintain brand consistency across materials.
• Support marketing, promotional, and creative goals, including photography, multimedia development, social media content creation, and other marketing strategies.

General

• Assist in meeting and events planning, including research, budget maintenance, logistics, vendor coordination, and material shipping.
• Provide on-site event setup and teardown support, including evenings and weekends with advance notice.
• Handle miscellaneous day-to-day marketing activities as requested.
• Monitor Razny’s info@ email, route inquiries to the appropriate contact, and keep all communications organized.
• Contribute to team brainstorms to generate creative marketing ideas that build brand awareness and drive sales.
• Track and audit marketing inventory at the warehouse.
• Assist with jewelry transfers, confirm tags and SKUs, and maintain asset library of photography, video, and content for social media and digital marketing.
• Maintain a tidy environment for clients and assist with marketing packages as needed.
• Assist with marketing analytics and reporting; reconcile expenses and monitor ongoing projects; capture photos as required.
• Handle administrative tasks such as client gifting, ordering supplies, meeting setup, promotional giveaways, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with marketing internship experience.
• Knowledge of the luxury jewelry, retail, and fashion industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to problem solve in real time.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional with a guest-centric mindset.
