- Promote the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and the value of membership
- Set appointments, book reservations, and conduct studio tours for new guests
- Deliver a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable experience for all members
- Answer questions about services, amenities, and the wellness philosophy behind Perspire
- Maintain a clean facility: sanitize/turn over sauna rooms, restock towels, and ensure the studio looks inviting
- Work closely with a supportive team to keep the studio running smoothly
