Overview

K-Designers - Field Marketer. Great Day Improvements, LLC, is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our home improvement brand, KDesigners. We are seeking professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be face-to-face generating new clients at contracted events and in residential neighborhoods where we operate. You will also be responsible for collecting reviews from our previous customers. The primary role is to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in purchasing the products and services we provide. This is hourly pay plus commission earned when a new client you generated makes a purchase. We reimburse certain travel costs, and there are several performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities

• Engage in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing.
• Memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared for and provided by K-Designers.
• Introduce K-Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Obtain information such as contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners.
• Confidently answer questions and respond to objections from homeowners using provided rebuttals to maximize leads.
• Travel to assigned events or territories and work independently while representing K-Designers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to transport yourself and event gear to various locations
• Previous field marketing, canvassing/door-to-door/outside experience is a plus, but not required
• Age 18+
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
