Boston Children's Hospital Position Summary / Department Summary

The Project Manager, Trust Brand Communications, plays a key role on our growing in-house communications team, facilitating the planning, coordination and execution of cohesive, branded, multi-channel, fundraising communications. The project manager will help manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. The project manager will be instrumental in keeping projects on track and ensuring deliverables meet expectations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—that raises lifesaving funds for kids. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track multi-channel fundraising campaigns (digital, print, events, and more) from intake to delivery using Smartsheet or similar project management tools. Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope. Assist in assigning tasks and managing workloads for creative team members (writers, designers, videographers) and external vendors. Support the implementation and improvement of workflow tools and processes, including project intake, status meetings, and review cycles. Serve as a point of contact for frontline fundraisers and internal teams to assess project needs, gather requirements and communicate progress. Coordinate with freelance creatives and production vendors as needed, supporting onboarding and communication. Occasionally assist with content creation tasks, such as sourcing images from asset databases for digital and print campaigns. Work closely with channel experts (email, web, social, print, etc) to support integrated multi-channel execution. Help maintain and organize the team’s asset library, ensuring materials are up-to-date and accessible. Assist with the review and proofreading of materials as needed. Education

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Experience

Three (3) years of project management experience required. Work experience in communications, marketing and/or fundraising preferred.
