Overview
We are seeking an experience and strategic Marketing Director to lead global marketing. This individual will be responsible for shaping our brand, sharpening value propositions, and executing integrated marketing programs that accelerate adoption of Inocras’s whole genome cancer platform.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with Inocras’s growth objectives across diverse markets (US and Asia).
Create differentiated value propositions and messaging tailored to researchers, pharma/biotech, healthcare providers, and patients.
Manage product launch initiatives, including go-to-market campaigns and key event activations.
Collaborate with KOLs, research groups, patient advocacy groups, and clinical partners to amplify product visibility.
Design and implement content and channel strategies to effectively reach each target audience.
Lead digital marketing initiatives, ensuring clear ROI measurement and optimization.
Drive offline marketing execution including events, conferences, scientific meetings, and collateral development.
Partner cross-functionally with commercial, product, and medical teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business development and customer engagement goals.
Build and manage agency/vendor relationships as needed to scale marketing capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of marketing or commercial experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
Strong track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies across diverse audiences.
Proven experience with digital marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and campaign optimization.
Demonstrated success in event marketing, conference presence, and offline brand-building.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and positioning skills.
Experience in
cancer diagnostics
or precision medicine is strongly preferred.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and across global teams.

Compensation:
$150-200K annual + performance bonus
