The Vice President – Marketing will lead all marketing initiatives and enhance brand recognition. This is a strategic & hands-on role, designed to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies. The incumbent will work closely with other departments to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with the company's overall goals. Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth aligned with business goals across service lines and industry segments, increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and ensure retention. Team Leadership: Oversee the marketing function, including branding, digital marketing, content marketing, event marketing, ABM and more, ensuring a cohesive approach to market positioning. Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse team of marketing professionals, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional platforms. Analyze marketing metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns, using tools like marketing analytics platforms to track progress. Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms. Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends particularly in the IT services sector, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI, given the Company’s scale and global operations. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth, emphasizing a data-driven, integrated approach. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Qualifications

Experience: At least 10 – 15 years of experience in marketing, with minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in Information Technology services is mandatory. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred, reflecting the strategic nature of the position. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with sales and other functions. Experience with CRM systems, supporting lead management and customer engagement strategies. Results-oriented with a strong drive for success. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
