Overview

The Manager of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) leads the development and execution of global marketing campaigns to position Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as a leader in healthcare. This role creates and amplifies compelling solution stories that address industry and customer challenges, using our products as key proof points. The IMC team collaborates with regional and global product marketing teams and uses the Danaher Business System (DBS) to drive cross-functional improvement and impact. Responsibilities

Provide Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute global IMC plans for specific solutions, adaptable to regional needs, aligning with Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ strategic priorities. This includes campaign development for target personas and channel strategies in collaboration with regional and global product marketing teams. Drive New Product Launch Excellence: Own the IMC workstream within the New Product Launch Excellence process. Partner with Global Product Marketing to commercialize new products, including developing value propositions, differentiated messaging, and launch activation; establish launch excellence best practices for industry-leading solutions. Utilize Customer Journey Mapping: Use segmentation and voice-of-customer insights to map the customer journey across channels, develop targeted programs, and measure performance in partnership with the digital marketing team. Lead Content Development: Lead creation of high-value, customer-facing materials leveraging clinical evidence to drive thought leadership; support product marketing in developing sales enablement programs and tools. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business, science or related field with 9+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years of related experience. Marketing communications and brand development experience, including leading demand-generation campaigns across integrated channels. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed global organization or agency environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content management systems, marketing automation and Google Analytics (preferred). Travel and work requirements

Occasional travel (3-4 times per year), domestically and internationally. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Plus

Experience in scientific or highly regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, IVD, medical device, life science, or other scientific/engineering-based fields). Continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic execution experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with the capacity to identify innovative solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey messages concisely across multiple channels to a global audience. Benefits and compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $115,000-$130,000. This position is eligible for bonus or incentive pay. Beckman Coulter Diagnostics offers a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k). Remote work arrangements may be available for eligible roles; additional information will be provided during interviews.
