Lead/Senior UX Researcher
to join a high-impact digital innovation team and drive customer-focused research initiatives. In this role, you will design and execute research programs that uncover user needs, inform product strategy, and directly influence executive decision-making. This position is ideal for someone with a strong
behavioral science and data-driven research background (Master’s or PhD preferred)
who can connect customer insights to business goals and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Location:
Irving, TX (Onsite, 5 days/week) Type:
6-Month Contract (W2 Only) Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods. Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to measure outcomes. Analyze behavioral and experimental data using SQL, Python, or R. Translate complex data into actionable insights tailored for executives. Build research roadmaps, documentation, and knowledge repositories. Facilitate workshops, create personas, and support service design initiatives. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to shape strategic roadmaps. Required Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI, Statistics, or related field. 5+ years of applied UX research experience with a portfolio of digital product work. Strong expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and survey methodology. Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Mixpanel, or Databricks. Experience with remote research platforms (UserTesting, dscout, MUIQ, Qualtrics, Alchemer). Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences. Experience with personas, journey mapping, and service design workshops. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital products. Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4) and experimentation platforms (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly). Background in business strategy, marketing, or consulting. Why Join?
