Overview We’re seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Designer/BIM Specialist to join our team! As a key member of our project management office, you'll collaborate with sales, project management, and production teams to create innovative solutions that meet product configuration needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CAD/BIM family content and standards

Design and coordinate complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards

Support sales and project management teams with detailed documentation and accurate coordination

Automate routines in BIM to significantly boost efficiency and streamline processes

Collaborate closely with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve any clashes and conflicts that may arise

Develop and successfully implement BIM documentation and workflow process standards

Qualifications

3-5 years of proven experience in design or a related engineering field

Strong CAD skills with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail

Strong organizational skills that ensure flawless execution of tasks

Experience in commercial construction, manufacturing, or industrial fields is highly desirable

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
