They provide continuing education, self-assessment tools, and a variety of resources designed to support practitioners in staying current with evolving practices and standards. Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Copy Editor to join the education team on a contract basis. In this role, you will support the ongoing updates of self-assessment programs, which are vital educational tools used by professionals in the medical community. The position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with technical and scientific content, and the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Review and edit complex scientific and technical content with precision and accuracy. Update learning content in the content management system (LCMS) and ensure materials align with current standards. Manage and track project updates in Monday.com. Support tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS), including linking key points, uploading images, and checking question formatting. Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency across documents and learning modules. Ensure all edited content meets quality standards before final publishing. Qualifications:

Proven experience in copyediting scientific, medical, or other highly technical content. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors effectively. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Box, and SharePoint; familiarity with Monday.com preferred. Experience with LCMS/LMS platforms such as Xyleme or Oasis is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Additional Details:

Assignment runs October 2025 through late April 2026. Fully remote; occasional onsite work is optional. Background check required (7-year criminal, SSN verification, sex offender). Overtime eligibility is unlikely. Perks:
