Base pay range : $215,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr

The Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager & Marketing Lead to own product marketing for Spend Insights and lead a 4-person marketing team across customer lifecycle campaigns, content marketing, events, and outbound (business development). This is a player-coach role. You’ll be (1) the dedicated product marketer for our most strategic solution and (2) the senior leader of our high-impact team that spans the full marketing mix.
This role is focused on understanding, engaging, and nurturing our target list of the top 50 commercial banks that are central to our business success. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and customer teams to position our solution effectively and drive measurable growth through strategic, targeted initiatives.
Responsibilities
Continuing to build out and refine Codat’s marketing strategy
Owning and allocating annual marketing budget
Reporting on ROI and marketing performance to the board
Typical team management responsibilities: weekly team meetings, 1:1s and coaching
Collaborating with the team to workshop and execute creative marketing initiatives across the sales funnel
Lead product launch planning, including internal enablement, external communications, and sales collateral
Work cross-functionally to bring new features and use cases to market
Own the packaging, positioning and pricing story in partnership with Product and Revenue Strategy
Drive post-sale adoption marketing programs that influence usage and expansion
Deliver onboarding and continuous training for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success
Develop and maintain high-impact collateral - pitch decks, solution sheets, case studies, persona frameworks, objection-handling guides
Support RFPs, pilots, and strategic deals with tailored narratives and proof points
Marketing Team Leadership
Marketing Leadership: Lead a high-performing marketing team across four key functions
BDR - outbound pipeline generation
Campaign Manager - ABM / PBM, full-funnel demand gen, client/customer adoption
Events Manager - field marketing and executive roundtables
Content Manager - thought leadership, press, blogs, case studies, video, product content
Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic Collaboration: Marketing voice in GTM strategy with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management

What We’re Looking For
Experienced Product Marketing manager in B2B SaaS or fintech
Experience with People Leadership or Program Management
Demonstrated success owning messaging, product launches, enablement, and adoption
Strong familiarity with commercial banking (Treasury, Cards, FX, RMs) or experience marketing to financial institutions
Understanding of enterprise sales cycles is desirable
Exceptional communicator — able to translate technical features into executive-ready narratives
A hands-on team leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and owning outcomes from strategy through execution
Compensation Range: $215K - $260K
