Marketing Associate
to support our trade show operations, digital communications, and day-to-day marketing & sales needs.

Responsibilities Event & Trade Show Coordination
Plan and execute trade show and event logistics, including booth setup, travel, hotel bookings, giveaways, and promotional materials
Coordinate with vendors and event organizers to confirm registrations, shipping, booth specs, and deadlines
Manage pre- and post-show activities, including outreach, lead handoff to sales, and ROI reporting
Represent Lightspeed Voice at industry tradeshows and events, traveling often to oversee logistics, engage with prospects and partners, and promote the brand on-site
Digital Communications & Engagement
Manage and monitor live digital channels including Webchat, Facebook Group, Google Reviews, and social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
Respond to messages and comments in a timely, professional manner, ensuring smooth handoff to sales, support, or billing teams as needed
Gather customer feedback from digital channels and share insights with internal stakeholders
Provide excellent digital customer service while reinforcing brand presence and community engagement
Campaign Support & Content Creation
Assist with content creation including blogs, social posts, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing materials
Gather targeted lead lists for outreach campaigns related to integrations, promotions, and other initiatives
Research and compile information on industry events, awards, and marketing opportunities to support campaign planning, brand visibility, and strategic initiatives
Help coordinate marketing calendars and social scheduling based on product development schedule and business priorities
Support materials design and printing for events and internal initiatives
Team & Meeting Support
Coordinate internal & external meetings: send invites, draft agendas, confirm attendance, and manage room setup or food orders
Provide timely updates to internal teams and follow-up messaging
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Passion for marketing, technology, and customer engagement
Experience or interest in tools like Canva, Microsoft Office Product Suite, and marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, ExhibitDay, Apollo)
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and social media scheduling tools (e.g. Loomly, Buffer, Later)
Self-starter mentality with a results-driven and accountable approach
