Must have a residential interior design portfolio . We seek for our client a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team. This Senior Interior Designer will bring their vast high-end residential experience to work with engaged clients and manage projects from concept to completion. 10+ years’ experience in high end residential design Residential portfolio and project list to display abilities Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D computer design programs; REVIT is a plus NCIDQ certification sought after but not required Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment to develop creative designs while focusing on the client\'s needs and selling the design Excellent client relationship skills, ability to find and strive for high-quality solutions Ability to create design detail drawings – excellent space planning abilities Outstanding skills in concept development, space planning, selections of color & materials, custom fabrication and millwork detailing, specifications and procurement, inventory control and project installation Excellent presentation abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and detail-oriented Ability to work in a team environment with strong collaboration skills Responsibilities
Lead high-end residential design projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Develop design concepts, space planning, color and material selections, and procurement strategies. Prepare design drawings and documentation, coordinate with fabrication and installation partners, and manage project timelines and budgets. Compensation and Benefits
