The Wake Forest University School of Business is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Director, Program Marketing. The Assistant Director, Program Marketing is responsible for crafting compelling and effective content that engages prospective students across various platforms. This position will contribute to the development of student and alumni stories, email campaigns, website content, print materials, and event communications, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging that aligns with the school’s brand. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent writing and storytelling skills, capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences. A collaborative mindset and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

Write and edit clear, engaging, and audience-focused content for email campaigns, social media, website, and other platforms. Develop and showcase compelling student and alumni stories that highlight the unique experiences and outcomes of the graduate business school. Collaborate with the Enrollment Management Marketing and Recruitment teams to create content that supports enrollment goals and enhances prospective student engagement. Ensure all content aligns with the school’s brand voice and strategic messaging. Assist in executing content strategies that align with recruitment goals and audience needs. Assist in reviewing and optimizing communication workflows to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine communication strategies. Assist with student focus groups to gather feedback regarding admissions/recruiting practices and identify key messaging and strategies that resonate with target audiences. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related field plus 1-3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong storytelling ability, with a talent for creating emotional and relatable narratives. Excellent communication skills and experience in developing messaging with an understanding of content development based on audience. Collaborative team member that can bring new ideas and creativity to role. Ability to take direction and work independently in a changing environment. Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during select events and peak times. Preferred Skills

Video storytelling, including scriptwriting and storyboarding for a variety of video formats Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with volunteers/student workers About Wake Forest University
