Responsibilities

Project & Campaign Management

Own the end-to-end planning and execution of creative projects, including brand campaigns, performance marketing assets, product launches, and internal initiatives.

Create and maintain project timelines, production schedules, and resourcing plans.

Clarify deliverables with the team and cross-functional partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the point of contact between the creative team and Marketing, Product, and People teams.

Translate strategic briefs into actionable creative workflows and ensure clarity across all parties.

Work closely with stakeholders to track approvals, feedback, and performance metrics.

Process & Operations

Strengthen internal processes for brief intake, project prioritization, asset management, and reporting.

Maintain a list of customers for testimonials and team outreach.

Champion creative operations best practices to enable team efficiency and scalability.

Production Oversight

Manage external vendors, including photographers, directors, editors, illustrators, and production houses as needed.

Support sourcing of new vendors, as needed.

Coordinate photo/video shoots and ensure all deliverables meet brand quality standards and timelines.

The Foundation for Success

4–7 years of experience in creative project management or production: preferably in an in-house creative team or agency environment.

Proven track record managing fast-paced creative projects with a range of deliverables.

Deep understanding of the creative process and how to support designers, copywriters, and marketers to do their best work.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Familiarity with tools like Asana, Figma, Google Suite, Slack, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
