Senior Marketing Manager We are looking for a creative, customer-centric, and strategic professional to join our team as a senior marketing manager
. In this position, you will
oversee and manage the marketing efforts for our nutritional supplements line. This role involves branding and positioning our products across global markets,
working closely with internal teams to develop and execute initiatives, and supporting product education. A proven professional who is forward-thinking and can anticipate new product development
, identify consumer behavior, trends, and provide insights on
upgrades is needed. This individual will provide valuable insights into trends, consumer needs, and overall strategy for our evolving product line. It is essential to have knowledge and experience in supplementation, nutrition, health and wellness, along with a creative vision, analytical skills, leadership abilities, and strategic insight to support USANA both nationally and globally. Support the regional marketing leads and local business units as needed in their GTM strategies,
providing regular product education, suggest
ing
assets to drive engagement and growth of the category Work closely with
colleagues
to prepare performance/marketing activity
for product teams and
collaborate on strategic product campaigns and provide marketing
support for regional sales strategies Provide stakeholders with
necessary information to complete tasks in relation to product
development, initiatives, projects, launches
,
and programs related to supplements Evaluate consumer feedback to help create messaging that encourages sales and usage of the
supplement product line and sharing that with the regional marketing and sales teams Develop
powerful messaging and visual marketing campaigns to
educate, motivate, and inspire product purchases while supporting retention e
ff
orts Assist in managing content for all media assigned to products and initiatives including print, video,
audio, social (corporate), paid advertising, and digital assets Develop comprehensive product guides for supplement line, allowing regional teams to develop winning
GTM strategies, education plans, and support their distributors to grow product sales Review competitor products, programs, sales methods, and marketing best practice Coordinate and work closely with

product launches Collaborate
with global commercial teams to develop compelling stories, and visuals for
supplement products while understanding the needs of localization Creates alignment in overarching product messaging across platforms What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in
business, marketing, or related field Five plus
years’ experience
in marketing consumer goods Proven success in
developing
marketing communications and promotions Superb project management skills and the ability to prioritize projects and
coordinate
tasks
