The Director/Senior Director, Consumer Marketing will shape an insights-driven Consumer marketing strategy and creative campaign that drives Consumer behavior change and Viaskin Peanut market performance ensure consistent, on-strategy Viaskin Peanut brand messages are delivered to Consumers build an end-to-end Viaskin Peanut family support ecosystem to optimize the patient experience translate insights into brand, digital communications, product and commercial strategies to drive actions across teams manage two direct reports who will drive omnichannel tactical planning and execution to optimize Consumer engagement partner cross-functionally, and with external partners, to drive successful launch uptake with Consumers lead post-launch refinement of Consumer strategy and messaging based on customer insights, analytics, and new clinical data Optimize digital touchpoints (website, automation tools) to increase traffic flow Leverage analytics to monitor performance and improve ROI

: in Warren NJ office - 3 days a week onsite
Skills
The ideal candidate will have
Recent launch expertise in high-performing consumer-driven brands; pediatric and/or food allergy launch experience is a plus Previous pharma or biotech experience essential Significant experience leading marketing initiatives and driving brand performance Strategic thinker with ability to direct tactical execution Demonstrated experience in utilizing data, insights, and analytics to optimize marketing performance and achieve brand/corporate objectives Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and teams including Medical Affairs, Sales, Managed Markets, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance

Compensation range for this role $$ 195-210K - 25% bonus - Vac days 15
DBV Technologies is a global clinical stage biopharmaceutical company founded by pediatricians who believed that food allergies could one day be treated safely and effectively.
We are on a mission to advance epicutaneous immunotherapy using our innovative technology platform, Viaskin, to develop treatment options for immunologic diseases with significant unmet medical need.
This mission drives our commitment to the advancement of treatments for patients and their families. That is why we are investigating a potential new class of immunotherapy, epicutaneous immunotherapy (EPIT), that aims to re-educate the immune system of patients through the skin.
Today, we are focused on exploring the use of Viaskin to address food allergies, a devastating condition that afflicts millions of patients. As an important milestone in our journey, we hope to offer the first epicutaneous immunotherapy treatment for peanut allergy.
