This team is a group within Real Chemistry’s Activation department that works in partnership with creative, influencer relations, paid activation, integrated intelligence and brand strategy & business leads to develop and implement high engagement social content and channel strategies designed to drive action and make impact. Act as the day-to-day social media lead across multiple healthcare accounts as part of an integrated team; advise on the planning and execution of integrated social campaigns, from multichannel content development and distribution, to paid social media counsel and campaign strategy across the marketing funnel, driving awareness, consideration, organic content and engagement strategy; manage influencer activations (through partnership), social media listening, analytics and results reporting for several clients. Nurture and maintain in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook) and trends to guide clients and account teams; provide leadership with vision on the social landscape, standard methodologies, and cultural happenings across platforms. Drive adoption of emerging channel and content opportunities grounded in cultural insights and quantitative audience data. Collaborate with our in-house data scientists and analysts to provide competitive social performance insights, improve results, and advise future content strategy; tell stories through measurement and communicate new measurement opportunities to energize clients. Build and lead all aspects of social media budgets in collaboration with internal teams and senior leaders to optimize the right mix for clients; support scopes of work and supervise paid social budgets. Identify new opportunities for integrated social and digital programs (including social media, digital, influencer, executive social communications, creative, etc.) and partner with clients and account teams to keep everyone informed on new developments; present new and organic growth opportunities to clients. Serve as a supportive mentor to the team, recognizing when to delegate versus own work. Who this is for

Minimum 7+ years of experience, ideally in health or pharmaceutical social media with agency experience. Experience leading social media content programs in partnership with creative and production departments. Proficiency with a variety of social media technologies and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, content management systems, social monitoring and measurement platforms). Understanding of FDA and FTC regulations guiding social media for biotech and pharma clients. Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and collaboration with web teams on integrated media communications. Client service experience in an agency environment. Demonstrated ability to grow social media business with current social, communications or marketing clients and participate in occasional new business pitches. Experience leading and mentoring junior staff. Outstanding written and oral communications and presentation skills. Pay and benefits Pay Range: $155,000.00-$160,000.00. Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
