Were searching for a digital marketer who gets excited about analytics, lives for testing and tweaking, and can turn insights into action. If you love optimizing websites, boosting SEO, running smart paid media campaigns, and creating seamless customer journeys that drive real results, this role is for you.

Youll manage website updates, craft engaging content, and dive deep into data to uncover opportunities that fuel sales growth and strengthen inbound strategies. Youll also play a key role in shaping our paid advertising and PPC approach, ensuring were reaching the right audiences with the right message at the right time. Collaboration is key, youll work with teams across marketing, product, and sales to keep our digital presence sharp, consistent, and ahead of the curve. Job Responsibilities

Develop sustained relationships with internal clients to identify and address business issues and opportunities regarding our customers, product, brand, and competition. Provide formal and informal communication, reporting, and presentation to internal clients and stakeholders. Plan and execute on monthly website content updates, and stay on top of overall marketing strategy and tactics in order to ensure an integrated approach across all marketing channels and platforms for each market segment. Support the creation of actionable, strategic plans by market for digital/ecommerce goals. Work with key stakeholders to manage the process and support planning of online promotions by market. Work with the marketing analyst report data from all sources, but specifically for ecommerce using tools like Google Analytics/Ads and other platform analytics. Make recommendations based on knowledge of customers, product, and competition for website content. Create and maintain Product Detail, Landing, and Promotions pages within our website backend Manage content on the website to ensure that we are delivering fresh content and providing an engaging customer experience Able to offer strategic recommendations for digital marketing channels, including the website, organic/paid media and social media platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Businesswork experience can be substituted for business or marketing-related education. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. Experience working with data, reporting and analytics, or some academic training, is required. An orientation toward fact-based reasoning is preferred. Working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is strongly preferred. Experience working with a CMS to update website content. Ability to edit HTML, and understand code, is preferred but not required. Working knowledge of SEO. Working knowledge of paid advertising and PPC platforms. Experience with or working knowledge of social media strategies and tactics. Working knowledge of placing paid ads in social platforms is preferred Strong communication and people skills required. A team player! Highly self-motivated and proactive. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating order from chaos. Working computer skills necessary, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a bonusnot required. High attention to detail.
