The Impact You'll Make in this Role As Product Marketing Manager for the electronics bonding platform, you will play a key role in executing and supporting the portfolio strategy and vertical marketing plan in collaboration with the IATD business. In this role, you will be able to interact with global portfolio leaders, vertical managers, global marketing, sales and other strategic areas of the company. Support and implement the electronics bonding portfolio strategy to drive growth Actively communicate customer insights and emerging trends in consumer electronics to foster business growth Assists in developing and executing portfolio marketing plans, programs and activation plans to achieve business objectives Implement pricing strategies and tactics aligned with business goals informed by customer insights to maximize value Lead and execute global New Product Introductions to ensure successful market entry and adoption Collaborate with sales teams to drive SFDC pipeline execution and achieve sales targets Drive a culture of accountability and our new Performance Culture Behaviors Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) One (1) year of experience with Strategic Marketing, Marketing Activation, or Sales in a private, public, government or military environment Five (5) years of experience in Business P&L Management (Sales, GM and COGS) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or Marketing, MBA is preferred Experience working with global teams Experience in Consumer Electronics is desirable Intermediate Mandarin is desired Work Location: Maplewood, MN Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
