Were looking for someone whos excited to invest in the next generation and help shape the worship culture of our youth and young adult ministries. If youre passionate about worship, creativity, and discipleship this might be your next step.

This role would include some of the following:
Youth Worship Leader:

• Lead worship weekly for our youth services.
• Oversee & lead worship practices 2nd & 4th Tuesdays for youth services.
• Lead worship for our Young Adults service 1st Tuesday of the month.
• Recruit, disciple and develop student worship team members.

Youth Social Media:

• Create and execute a bi-weekly content calendar across all platforms.
• Write engaging captions, respond to messages and help grow our online community presence.
• Grow a team of students/volunteers to capture content during services, lead creative meetings with them to ensure growth and discipleship.
• Collaborate with Student Pastor and CITS creative team on branding and visual identity.

Youth Fine Arts:

• Recruit, train and oversee Fine Arts from coaches to student participants.
• Lead preparation for the District Fine Arts and National Fine Arts.
• Develop students in areas like human video, spoken word, dance, drama, music, rap, and visual arts.
• Offering coaching and discipleship to grow students.
• Cultivating commiunity within Fine Arts throght discipleship, fun and team building.

Discipleship Administration & Team Support:

• Lead a student small group.
• Participate in regular follow up and outreach of students.
• Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings, staff meetings and planning sessions.
• Ensure all service plans, announcements and media elements are ready for upcoming events.
• Maintain updated calendars and checklist for services, creative tasks and events.
