Location: Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 60 per hourAs the Employee Communications Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager and play a critical role in shaping the employee experience. You'll partner with leaders across the company, acting as a trusted advisor to design and execute communication strategies that support key HR and business objectives. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly contribute to long-term projects and initiatives.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans that align with company goals and enhance employee engagement.Content Creation: Produce a wide range of engaging content, including digital announcements, presentations, and internal campaigns.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization, providing expert communications counsel on complex projects and initiatives.Program Management: Manage and oversee various communications programs, from initial concept through to successful implementation and analysis.Brand Advocacy: Ensure all communications are consistent with our brand voice and values, helping to build a positive and informed company culture.Qualifications:A minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership or manager-level communications role, preferably within a corporate or large-scale environment.Proven ability to design and implement effective communication strategies that drive measurable results.Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.An undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications.
