Location: San Bruno, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $57.06 - 59.00 per hourWe're looking for a Senior Designer to join our team and lead the creation of engaging stories across a wide range of channels, including paid media, social, digital, email, website, and in-store displays. You'll need a strong background in graphic design, art direction, and advertising, with a knack for developing big ideas rooted in human truths.In this role, you will collaborate with other leads to primarily focus on Back to College and Holiday campaigns, with the flexibility to jump into other projects as needed. You should be a hands-on creative leader, capable of building a cohesive narrative across all touchpoints for a leading retail/e-commerce client.Responsibilities:Lead the ideation and creation of 360 campaigns inspired by creative and business briefs.Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic goals.Collaborate with team leads and partners to make our creative process more efficient.Conduct trend analysis to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.Maintain a high bar for quality and craft, ensuring all work meets our brand's visual identity standards.Qualifications:You have 5+ years of design experience in a senior role, with a bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field.You have a compelling portfolio that demonstrates your creative process and a track record of successful 360 campaigns.You are proficient in tools like the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.You possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and collaborate effectively.You have experience leading campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
