Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $57.06 - 59.06 per hourWe are seeking a self-starting and experienced Senior Designer to concept and execute stories that translate across multiple channels, including 360 full-funnel paid, social, digital, email, site, print, and in-store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising, graphic design, and art direction. This role requires experience designing systems that can connect a networked narrative, crafting strategy-based big ideas rooted in human truths, and collaborating with partners using a blend of strong leadership and hands-on creative expertise.Working collaboratively with other team leads (within creative and cross-functionally), this role focuses primarily on Back to College and Holiday campaigns, and may flex onto other work as needed.Responsibilities:Collaboration: Ideate, create, and execute 360 campaign creative across all owned and paid channels, inspired by creative and business briefs. Pursue ways to work better and faster.Project Management: Manage projects that are on-brief and polished, mitigating feedback, and keeping workstreams on track.Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, culture, and consumer behaviors to inform creative decisions and maintain our brand's competitive edge.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and craft throughout the design and implementation process, ensuring the final output meets or exceeds expectations.
