$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Digital Marketing Specialist Location:
Minneapolis, MN (three days in-office; hybrid flexibility increases with trust and tenure) About the Role
This newly created position is designed to bring digital marketing efforts in-house by offloading work currently handled by outside agencies. The Digital Marketing Specialist will take full ownership of the strategy and hands-on execution across all digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content creation, and website management. The primary goal is to increase client inquiries, enhance brand transparency, and drive measurable business growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the organization's goals. Manage all digital channels including website content, SEO, SEM campaigns, social media platforms, and email marketing efforts. Create, optimize, and curate engaging content to generate leads and boost brand awareness. Transition and manage responsibilities currently outsourced to agencies to improve transparency, efficiency, and control. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates. Identify emerging trends and opportunities to innovate and enhance digital marketing strategies. Leverage AI tools and stay updated with industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage. Success Metrics
Significant increase in inbound inquiries from potential clients and employees. Improved search engine rankings for targeted keywords driving organic traffic growth. Strong engagement rates across all digital marketing channels. Clear, actionable reporting that informs decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills
A minimum of five years’ experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in both strategic planning and execution. A self-starter who thrives in autonomous roles and embraces innovation. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, website administration, and data analytics. Adept at balancing high-level strategy with detailed execution across multiple digital platforms. Comfortable utilizing AI tools and committed to ongoing professional development in digital marketing trends. Seniority level
