Role Overview We’re seeking a data-driven and creative marketing leader to spearhead digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and is passionate about using digital tools to drive engagement and business development.

You’ll be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing marketing automation, and elevating the firm’s digital presence across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, and web.

Optimize campaigns for conversion and ROI using A/B testing and performance analytics.

Own the full campaign lifecycle—from ideation to execution and reporting.

Marketing Automation & CRM Management

Build and manage segmented email workflows to nurture leads and drive engagement.

Maintain CRM integrity and align marketing efforts with the sales funnel.

Leverage automation tools to deliver personalized touchpoints at scale.

Content & Social Media

Manage the firm’s content calendar and oversee weekly LinkedIn and social campaigns.

Collaborate with internal experts to position thought leadership and drive brand authority.

Monitor engagement metrics and refine content strategy for reach and resonance.

Website & Digital Presence

Oversee updates to the firm’s website to reflect brand, services, and value proposition.

Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure optimal UX, SEO, and performance.

Support landing page creation and tracking for campaigns and gated content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with business development and senior leadership to align marketing with firm-wide priorities.

Manage external vendors and freelancers to support execution.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech, or professional services (e.g., consulting, legal, accounting).

Proven success running paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) and analyzing performance data.

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Apollo).

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, web analytics, and conversion optimization.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to leadership.
