The Marketing & Event Senior Specialist will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing strategies and events across the New York region, including Long Island, the Bronx, and Brooklyn. This position will report directly to the Area Marketing Directors and work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth and successful event execution. This position requires a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering impactful results and seamless event experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Marketing:

Campaign & Creative Support: Assist Area Marketing Directors with creative requests, collateral review, and brand consistency across all materials. Tactical Planning: Recommend offers, tactics, and campaigns tailored to specific event types in collaboration with area marketing teams. Content Management: Manage and distribute the monthly newsletter to support regional marketing initiatives. Operational Support: Handle administrative tasks including shipping, decks, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Event Coordination:

Plan & Execute Events: Coordinate and execute a variety of events (community, corporate, sponsorships, retail) across Long Island, the Bronx, and Brooklyn in alignment with marketing and sales goals. Logistics & Collaboration: Partner with the sales teams, vendors, and internal teams to manage logistics, develop timelines, secure resources, and ensure on-site execution meets brand standards. Documentation & Evaluation: Maintain organized event documentation (budgets, contracts, recaps, reports) and conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify improvements. Inventory & Calendar Management: Manage promotional inventory and premium items, and maintain a comprehensive event calendar aligned with regional marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in project management, event coordination, marketing, or related field preferred Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media management tools) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel within the NY region Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events Company culture and compliance
