Position SummaryThis role leads the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product marketing for new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment, driving product adoption, and amplifying Momentous’ brand and positioning. The role defines strategic product positioning, enables successful launches, and drives adoption and growth of products. It will oversee and optimize daily operations, partnering with the SVP of Marketing to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and move key business initiatives forward. The role requires a project manager with strong drive and business acumen who can operate across the organization and serve as a servant leader to see projects through to completion. It supports Momentous’ mission of democratizing high performance by ensuring teams use best-in-class practices to deliver to customers. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking, product expertise, and hands-on execution, and reports directly to the SVP of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Development & Execution
Lead the marketing end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for all new product launches, ensuring alignment with company vision, goals, and audience needs Define key messaging, value propositions, and positioning for new products, collaborating with the Executive leadership team and cross-functional partners Develop comprehensive launch plans with timelines, deliverables, and marketing materials, including product angles, messaging, and copy
Product Marketing & Positioning
Own product positioning and narrative to differentiate products across the portfolio Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to refine messaging Ensure product features and value propositions align with market demand and regulatory requirements Collaborate with Ecommerce and Retention teams to build customer product journeys that support habit formation
Cross-functional Collaboration & Alignment
Serve as a key liaison between the executive team and other departments for GTM, launches, and initiatives Coordinate with Product, High Performance, Operations, Marketing, Ecomm, Amazon, Team Sales, Retail, and Customer Success Develop product training with People & Culture, Marketing, and High Performance teams Work with Ecommerce and Marketing to build targeted campaigns for lead generation and product awareness Collaborate with Strategic Sales & Retail to drive product adoption and revenue Partner with Data & Analytics to monitor metrics and suggest improvements Manage special projects and key initiatives as needed by leadership
Brand & Product Evangelism
Promote Momentous’ products internally and externally through events, PR, and media outreach
Support Executive Leadership
Assist in defining strategic initiatives to drive growth Gather data and prepare reports to support decision-making Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans
Develop Operational Processes & Workflows
Optimize operational processes and workflows Identify and address inefficiencies to improve productivity and reduce costs Define operational goals aligned with the company’s strategic vision Monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of initiatives
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 8–12 years in project management, management consulting, product marketing, GTM strategy, digital marketing, or related roles Proven ability to balance operations and implement strategic/innovative solutions Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (written, presentation, interpersonal) with cross-functional collaboration Background in consumer products, ideally in wellness, health, or performance industries Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with Product, Sales, Marketing, Ecomm, Operations, Data & Analytics, and Customer Success Hands-on experience in positioning, messaging, and driving consumer awareness for new products Ability to distill complex product information into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences Proficient in analyzing data to derive product performance insights Ability to synthesize data into stories that engage stakeholders and support decision-making Deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action Passion for a high-performance lifestyle
