Overview
Our client specialises in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction. They have assets valued up to £3billion. Now seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based out of their head office in Uxbridge, West London. You will design lead a few projects ranging from £10m - £50m. You will have a Design Coordinator reporting into you for support and the position will report into the Head of Design. Responsibilities
Lead the design on projects ranging from £10m to £50m. Coordinate with and direct a Design Coordinator who reports to you. Report to the Head of Design and collaborate with project teams to meet project goals and timelines. Qualifications
Up to date with all the new building regulations. Ideally experienced on all RIBA work stages, with specialist experience in Stages 3-5. Essential: previous experience with a tier one developer or main contractor. CIAT registered and degree qualified (ideally). Benefits
Basic salary between £90k - £105k plus full package and a bonus system on top.
