Are you a recent Graduate with a passion for learning and instructional design? We are looking for a Graduate Instructional Designer to work with experts at the top of their field. This is a hybrid role three days per week in the Atlanta Office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in developing and testing content that helps our customers and partners learn how to use our ERP products. You will work closely with our team to create videos, eLearning training, and other learning solutions. With mentorship from our experienced team, this role can significantly boost your career in instructional design. Responsibilities
Develop and test content to help customers and partners learn how to effectively use our ERP products. Collaborate with the team to create videos, eLearning training, and other learning solutions. Work with mentorship from an experienced team to grow in instructional design. Qualifications
Youll be a Graduate; while were open to different degree disciplines, the role is ideal for students of Instructional Design and Technology, Educational Technology, Education, English, or Communications. A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve. Resilient and able to work in a fast paced, changing environment. Effective communicator within a global team; able to collaborate with people from across the world. Curious and eager to continually learn. Able to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects. Thrives in a team environment where creativity, flexibility, and communication are valued. Demonstrates a passion for learning and the ability to learn new software as appropriate. Familiarity with instructional design methods (ADDIE) and basic video skills is preferred.
