Overview Are you a recent graduate with a passion for learning and instructional design? This full-time, hybrid role (three days per week in the Atlanta Office) offers the opportunity to work with experts at the top of their field and develop content that helps customers learn how to effectively use our ERP products.
Responsibilities
Develop and test learning content that helps customers and partners use our ERP products effectively.
Collaborate with the team to create videos, eLearning training, and other learning solutions.
Contribute to mentorship and growth opportunities within the instructional design team.
Qualifications
Recent graduate; open to different degree disciplines, with preference for Instructional Design & Technology, Educational Technology, Education, English, or Communications.
A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across a global team.
Curious and eager to continually learn; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Demonstrates a passion for learning and the ability to learn new software as appropriate.
Familiarity with instructional design methods (ADDIE) and basic video skills is preferred.
