Your Role As a Stylist, you will create an engaging shopping experience for every guest in our boutique. Your warmth and positive energy will initiate genuine conversations, connecting with guests in a fun and welcoming way. While guest experience is your primary focus, your key responsibilities will include: Accurately processing transactions using our boutique's point-of-sale system. Sharing product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire our guests. Helping maintain a visually appealing boutique through effective recovery and product replenishment. Collaborating with our leadership team to align with company directives while prioritizing guest satisfaction. Following all company policies and procedures diligently. Physical Requirements Able to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, performing repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
