Salary: $60K - $75K Annual

Project & Workflow Management
- Intake and track all marketing requests in Monday.com, creating timelines and assigning tasks.
- Oversee project workflows, budgets, and deadlines for marketing initiatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., broken links, platform errors).
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for new and lease-up properties.
- Support pricing and positioning decisions for new properties.
- Plan and evaluate out-of-home campaigns (radio, community events, signage, etc.).
- Identify and create marketing collateral (email templates, flyers, brochures, digital assets).
- Analyze marketing performance and provide reporting to inform future strategy.
Website & Digital Management
- Manage property websites and RentCafe listings, ensuring accuracy of specials, calendars, and forms.
- Coordinate website migrations and collaborate with external vendors for maintenance and new builds.
- Monitor Google Business and online listings for accuracy.
- Optimize SEO and website performance.
Social Media & Digital Advertising
- Manage social media accounts, reviews, and direct messages across platforms.
- Boost and schedule posts; train property teams on social best practices.
- Launch and maintain digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, display, and retargeting via Simpli.fi).
- Coordinate professional photography, video, and Matterport content.
- Support planning and promotion of resident and community events.
Internal Marketing Support
- Provide new hire marketing support (business cards, email signatures, onboarding materials).
- Maintain internal marketing spreadsheets and records.
- Ensure marketing resources and training are available to team members.
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay
- Health/Vision and Dental insurance available the 1st of the month following 30 days employment
**Alternative Health stipend available in lieu of Medical/Vision** - PTO begins accruing immediately (10 hours per month thereafter)
