We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team to activate small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as new advertisers on a social media platform JumpCrew is partnered with. In this role, you’ll focus on net new advertiser acquisition—educating business owners, pitching the value, and helping them launch their first campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
- Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and high-quality advertiser experience
- Leverage tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign success and advertiser satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly activation and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales or account executive roles preferred)
- Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plus
- Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms
- Consultative mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to unique business needs
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Performance Metrics
- Activate a minimum of 20 new advertisers per month
- Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
- Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness
- 48,000 base salary + monthly commissions = on-target earnings of $75,000-$80,000
- Commissions are uncapped!
