The Role

We’re looking for an Advertising Sales Account Manager to join our energetic Sausalito team. Think of yourself as both a strategist and a matchmaker—you’ll be building lasting client relationships, crafting advertising solutions that actually work, and keeping campaigns running smoothly from start to finish.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Build strong partnerships with clients (you’re their trusted guide, not just a salesperson).
• Prospect, prospect and prospect again
• Dream up creative, customized advertising strategies that fit each client’s goals.
• Negotiate like a pro (but with a smile).
• Hit and exceed sales targets—because winning feels good.

What You Bring to the Table

• A proven track record in advertising sales or account management (bonus points if you’ve worked in media, publishing).
• Confidence in digital, print, mobile advertising platforms and event sponsorships—you know how to mix and match them to get results.
• Killer communication and negotiation skills (you can talk to anyone and make it feel natural).
• An eye for strategy and detail—juggling multiple accounts and projects doesn’t scare you.
• A passion for connecting brands with audiences in meaningful ways.
