The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled, performance-driven creative editor to join our Performance Marketing pod on the Growth team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Creative, this role is at the center of our unique growth creative process — where high testing velocity, deep data collaboration, and tight integration between Growth and Brand fuel our success.

Unlike traditional cinematic storytelling roles, this position is all about producing short-form, scroll-stopping ad content that grabs attention in seconds. You’ll work across video, motion graphics, static ads, and GIFs—optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid platforms—creating assets that are designed to be tested, iterated on, and scaled quickly.

In this role, you’ll thrive in an environment where creative decisions are directly informed by performance data, iteration is constant, and speed is balanced with brand polish. Every asset you produce will play a measurable role in driving revenue growth, improving ad efficiency, and scaling winning ideas into multi-million-dollar campaigns.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and highly organized creative professional with a strong eye for both video and graphic design. You thrive in environments where speed, quality, and measurable results are equally important, and you know how to craft ads that grab attention in the first three seconds while maintaining brand consistency.

You have a passion for creating content that converts, whether that’s transforming raw UGC into a compelling ad, designing static graphics for a product launch, or building templates for high-velocity ad testing. You’re proactive and autonomous, yet highly collaborative when needed. You are always eager to push creative further through iteration and testing, you seek feedback from peers regularly to help.

You don’t just measure success by how something looks, you measure it by how it performs. You’re motivated by seeing your work drive higher performance creative KPIs (CTRs, lower CPAs, stronger ROAS), and sustained revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Video Editing: Edit and deliver short-form and long-form, high-quality video assets optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, and Pinterest.
  • Transform raw creator content and footage into finalized UGC ads with fast-paced cuts, clear narrative flow, and compelling edits.
  • Work confidently with both hi-fi (brand shoot) and lo-fi (UGC, scrappy) content, assembling ad-ready videos from scratch that are tailored to drive conversions and perform within specific ad units.
  • Graphic Design: Design static images, GIFs, and other creative assets for paid social, ensuring adherence to platform specs and brand guidelines.
  • Retouch, resize, and adapt creative for various placements and formats without compromising quality or performance potential.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and dynamic text overlays to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Creative Optimization: Work with our Senior Manager, Performance Creative to iterate on creative based on performance insights, audience data, and A/B testing results to continually improve impact.
  • Translate test learnings into new concepts and executions that can be rapidly deployed and scaled.
  • Balance performance-driven decisions with maintaining brand consistency across all assets.
  • Collaboration & Workflow: Partner closely with Growth and Brand teams to align creative strategy with campaign goals.
  • Clearly communicate project timelines, priorities, and feedback with key stakeholders (growth team).
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Performance Creative in refining workflows and templates.

  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously while staying collaborative.
