Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Event Planner with strong project management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep appreciation for luxury hospitality. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys overseeing events from concept through execution. The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing complex projects and is confident leading both clients and vendors in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead planner and primary client contact on assigned events.
  • Manage all event logistics, including timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, venues, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with catering partners on menu planning, tastings, and service details.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team on creative production elements.
  • Oversee guest list management, invitations, RSVPs, and seating charts.
  • Develop comprehensive day-of documents and run-of-show schedules.
  • Provide hands-on leadership on-site, managing setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Anticipate and resolve challenges in real time to ensure flawless delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of professional event planning or project management experience (luxury events, hospitality, or related industries preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong client service, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury service standards.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other production tools a plus.
