Overview

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor specializing in Watches & Jewelry to join our team. Our Expert Client Advisors are ambassadors to the brand, with a focus on a category, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We strive to discover our clients and their needs, and guide them across the brand while delivering the best client experience with passion for the product in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• As an Expert Client Advisor, you will be the go-to person in store for selling and clienteling techniques related to your category.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and lead by example to achieve sales leadership in your area of expertise.
• Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching.
• Assist in observing the selling process and partner with the team to introduce your product category.
• Manage your own client portfolio and provide outstanding clienteling options.
• Provide feedback to drive the business forward in partnership with your Manager.
• Support the team in training and development related to your category.

Profile

Qualified candidates are passionate about the Brand and the Watches & Jewelry category, with excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills, and the ability to be a sales leader. Experience in building positive client relationships and maintaining strong product knowledge is required, along with analytical and commercial abilities.

• Strong product knowledge in Watches & Jewelry
• Proven ability to develop relationships with clients and drive sales
• Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $30-$35 plus the opportunity for commission, various paid time off programs, two retirement plans with employer contributions, and employee discounts/perks (pending hours worked).
