About The Role

Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our corporate team in Denver, Colorado. This is an in-person position based at our corporate office. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our diverse restaurant brands, supporting both corporate initiatives and property-level needs.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/hr - $80,000.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality graphics and design materials for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive brand visuals across multiple restaurant concepts.
• Design promotional materials, menus, signage, event collateral, and digital ad campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and outlets.
• Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Marketing Managers to support campaigns and events.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and recommend fresh creative approaches to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (hospitality/restaurant industry experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
